Exchanges
We do not offer cash or bank refunds. If the size or style isn’t right, you can request a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Yes. Size or style exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Orders & Shipping
Yes! COD is available all over Pakistan. Simply select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Shipping is a flat Rs. 250 for all cities. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,999. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days nationwide via our trusted courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with tracking details. You can also contact us with your order number for updates.
